The headlines say Ukraine is under huge US (read Trump) pressure to give up territory for “peace”. Truth is it will only be a temporary cease fire. Russia will just use the time to regroup and attack again. Frozen war. And don’t believe any US security guarantees either.

I fully support Ukraine but w/ US backing away from both NATO and Ukraine, Europe is having to shoulder the defense burden traditionally born by the US and they are finding it very heavy. There is a lesson there somewhere.
