There is a value, I think, in having an email subscription feature on your blog. A lot of people know nothing of RSS readers and don’t want to know, also many bloggers post only occasionaly and email pushes the message out to your readership.

Watched the first episode of Inspector Morse last night. 1987, how time flies. I only saw a few episodes, hit and miss, during the show’s first run and I liked it and always wanted to get back to it. Now Tubi.tv has all the episodes free with limited commercials so I think watching Morse will become a regular thing.
The mystery plots, acting, directing, scripts are all very good. Plus I enjoy seeing the cars that looked like proper cars. Recommended.

There are many old articles out there and anarticle from 10 years ago might not be accurate today. I have started appending “2018” on many searches in Duckduckgo (ie: “best podcast software for linux 2018”) so I get more recent articles. But it also helps when you can see the date in the URL.
