I just logged in to my car dealership to schedule an appt for service. The software automatically filled in my current vehicle mileage so obviously the car is phoning the manufacturer with data and the dealer has access to it. Not surprised, just noting privacy of where you go, how much you drive, where you are, etc. is gone with modern cars.
