Interesting. I just clicked through to https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2019/12/an-update-on-2019_27.html using Vivaldi browser 2.6.xx (Windows) and that page showed only the header - no content. Updated Vivaldi to 2.10.xx and the page still shows no content.
Fired up Firefox and page shows all the content!
I don’t know if this is evidence of continued Google mischief or if this is a genuine, rare, problem with Vivaldi browser or a problem with some of the privacy extensions I have installed. Seems strange.
