Read: The Agatha Christie Book Club by C. A. Larmer
📚 Another contemporary cozy mystery. No smarmy sweetness. The book is well written with good characterization and lots of clues and red herrings. The problem I had was the motive of the amateur detectives to get involved. I thought it a little thin. And I thought the ending a bit of an anticlimax. Beyond that I think everything was competent. I’d probably go 3 stars although I did enjoy it.
