They have been hitting my blog here on Micro.blog pretty extensively over the last couple of weeks. I have no delusions that anything on my blog will ever make it into the hallowed halls of AI infoshit.

If I were launching a blogging platform today, it would have fine grained controls over who could read each post and page and have easy controls over bot access. AI scrapers are the main reason but also just too many bots. I don’t trust AI scrapers or bots to honor robots.txt anymore.
